My Question or Issue

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my account, which has been disabled for almost a year. The issue occurred after I used my account abroad. I provided my bank statement to verify payment information as requested, but my account was disabled without further verification or explanation.

Despite reaching out to Spotify support numerous times, I have not received any meaningful assistance. This account represents nearly 10 years of effort and personal curation, and losing access to it has been incredibly disappointing.

I am more than willing to provide any additional verification required to resolve this issue. I kindly request that someone responsible review my case and assist me in regaining access to my account.
