Doesn't allow me to login for some reason.

Hi! So I have just recently joined Spotify and made a completely new account. I use a password manager. However, today when I login on my laptop, it just says invalid credentials even though I have it all typed in correctly (using my password manager), even when I try to type it out by hand twice. So I went on to reset my password just to know that it is truely my password and Spotify just doesn't allow it for some reason. So my question is:
1. Does this happen to any of you or is it just me? Keep in mind that I have never changed password before and I use a password manager so it can't be wrong.
2. Why don't Spotify have like a 2FA system or a QR code login system? I found every other app has it and this one doesn't.
