¿Dos cobros por una cuenta?

Hola, me subscribí a Spotify premium el mes pasado y he visto que en el recibo de pago del mes de Enero tengo dos cobros de 9,99 euros y yo solamente tengo una cuenta premium. Me gustaría saber cómo podría resolverlo. Gracias.

Hey! Sorry for the english reply and welcome to the community 🙂

As this is a payment query, you will need to get in touch with the payment team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into this for you. Don't worry, they won't leave you out of pocket. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
