E-mail login problems

I'm having a problem which is basically logging in with my email. When trying to log in with my email, the site says that my login or password is wrong. When I go to the "Forgot password" option, and add my email, it is said that there is no existing account. If I try to create a new login with the same email it is said that there is already an account with this email. Has it ever happened to anyone? System: Android Country: Brazil Plan: Free
