Email account was changed on Facebook months ago but Spotify still has old cancelled email

So My account has been hacked into, and I changed my email account on facebook and password on facebook, but for whatever reason Spotify hasn't changed over to the email I specified. 

I tried to get help last month, but Spotify told me my account hadn't been hacked. In reality it has been hacked and some unknown person continues to use it. 

I NEED HELP! I did not create the playlist "Sorry Rachel"
