Owner of Family Premium Banned from Facebook

Owner of Family Premium Banned from Facebook

Hello music friends! I can't login with my Spotify account because my Facebook account which I used to register with this app was recently banned/terminated.

 

Here's my problem, my Spotify account is the owner of our family premium. Though other family Spotify accounts is still enjoying the premium benefits, as the owner, I want to be able to manage the subscription: add user, remove someone, manage payment, etc. The subscription is still charging my credit card and I can't access it.

 

How can I regain access to our family subscription even though my FB is banned? If there is no way to access it, how can I cancel it all together?

Since your account was created through Facebook, you won't be able to use it without having that profile active.

 

Don't worry, our Accounts team can help you with this. You can get in touch with them from any of our social media help sites: @SpotifyCares on Twitter and Spotify Cares on Facebook. Just send them a private message with your account's email address and username.
