Email used to sign up no longer exists

The email I used to sign up with Spotify is no longer existing and I cannot change the password because I cannot receive emails so how do I change the email on my account to be able to also change the password? I have premium and am being charged and I haven’t even been able to access my account for two months and still haven’t found a solution...
