Error 408 log in

Hi

I can not seem to be able to reset the 14 days travel abroad timer, is there any way to reset this even though i have tried the following.

"This can be solved easily by logging into Spotify in another location occasionally. Your account resets and never reaches the 14 days abroad limit."

Strange, you will only get error 408 if you are trying to access Spotify from outside of your registered country for more than 14 days. 

Are you connecting via a company network, VPN or proxy which might be hiding your real IP address?

I have previously been  using a vpn, but what i want to do now is to reset the counter thingy.

Normally you just need to sign in from an IP address registered in your country on your profile. 

If you go to http://whatismyipaddress.com/ does that location match the one on your Spotify profile?

Hey Baoluan, 

If you log into Spotify without using a VPN anywhere in the country set in your profile shown at the link Peter sent, there's no reason you should have a problem. If your main computer isn't working, try logging in using a different WiFi network.

If that doesn't work, could you PM me the current city you're in?
