Error message when trying to join a duo account

Error message when trying to join a duo account

I just changed to individual after being on an duo account and then wanted to join a new duo account but even if all the informaiton matches I get an error message that says to try again later. How can I solve this?

Hey there! I am happy to help. 

 

Can you try accepting the Duo invite using a different browser or private window? Also, make sure that you’re at the same physical address as the plan owner when joining the Duo plan.  If that doesn't work, can you send me a screenshot of the error message you're seeing?
