Errors on payment

Hello there.

Hope somebody from support will read this.

I was a Premium user and I selected to pay with my old Paypal account.

For some reasons I decided to close my old Paypal and open a new one.

On yesterday my renewal using the old Paypal failed because that account no longer exists.

I tried to renew using my new Paypal account or directly my Mastercard, no way, it returns an unspecified error.

Trying using Paypal, it allowed me to login with the new account but after login, I had a page from Paypal reporting an unspecified error and redirecting back to Spotify.

Trying to fix, I decided to cancel my Premium subscription and to try to create a new subscription.

Creating a new subscription this is the screenshot of the error page I have selecting Paypal.

Then, if I try to switch to credit card I have this error page and I'm not allowed to insert credit card details.

Can anybody from support help?

I suggest that you submit an online contact form and someone over at Spotify should be able to help.

Did the link work? Or do you mean that the link takes you to a page that doesn't exist in Italy?

Yes link works.

I meant if you search for a contact link in the Italian version of the site you will find nothing.

Is there not a link to the contact form on the "About us" page on the italian website?
