Subscription vanished, all playlists gone.

I registered few days ago with facebook to spotify and bought the unlimited version.

Today my unlimited changed to free and I lost all my playlists.

I checked my bank and the payment was sent and verified.

Also I can't find my receit under account, it's saying "not currently available"
