Eu aceito o convite do plano duo, quando coloco o endereço da erro

Coloco o mesmo endereço que o administrador, mas aparece “erro” nao estou fazendo nada de errado coloco o endereço certo, ja tentei pela guia anonima tentei de todos o jeitos

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

That being said, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error you receive when you try to join the plan? This'll help us visualize better what might be happening on your side.
 

Meanwhile, we'd recommend making sure you're putting the exact same address the Family plan owner added to the plan. They can double check the address by going to their account page> Premium Family. There on Your Address, they can check the address.


On another note, you can also try to join the plan from a different device from the one you've been using to see if you notice any difference.

The same is happening with my wife and I, we have the exactly same address added in our account, we are both physically in the same address and still getting  the same error as the person above.

Thanks for reaching out in this thread!

Just to make sure we cover all bases, could you try updating the registered address for the plan and then send out a new invite? The address can be updated directly on the plan managers account page.

When opening the new invite, it's also worth giving another device or a different network a shot, if you haven't already.


Should the issue persist, could you send us a screenshot of the exact error message you're seeing? Just make sure it doesn't include any personal info.
