Account not the same after logging in again

Account not the same after logging in again

I have an account as part of a premium family subscription and had to factory reset my phone recently. After the factory reset I logged back into spotify and my account is not premium anymore. All my playlist are gone and now I have old playlists from the Premium Plan owner in my account. In the settings for the plan, the account is still listed as part of the subscription .

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey @iyuhiu, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you let me know the status of your Spotify subscription by clicking on your account page here? If it says Free, you may be logging into a different account, and you can follow these steps to find what account you're actually using.

If it says that you're part of a Premium Family plan, then I would recommend a clean reinstall of the app, to refresh the app and the account that is logged in, as sometimes there may be a period of time after resetting your phone, where the app and account need to sync again.

Let me know how this goes!
