Hi, I live in Spain but have my account associated in the US.

I subsribed to a family subscription offer and tried to invite my son who has the account in Spain.

When I sent him the voucher, it did not go thorugh since both accounts are in different countries.

 

does anyone know if it is possible to have a family subscription having a ccounts in different countries? how can I make it work?

Your son might need to change his country settings to accept the invite. If that doesn't work, we'd suggest submitting a contact form directly and our Support team will gladly help you with this.
