After downloading and installing the latest update. I signed in with facebook. Seemed that my account has been dowgraded from Premium to free, also all my playlists had vanished.

I presumed that my account was up for renewel. 

It wasnt and I now have 2 accounts?? Both paid for!! Please advise me on how to get 1 removed and refunded?

The login should only go to one account. Always did and never had this problem before?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. It looks like your accounts have become disconnected somehow and you have subscribed again on the new one. Don't worry, the Spotify team will be able to sort it all out for you and make sure you are not left out of pocket.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
