My Question or IssueAfter I reinstalled my computer system from Windows 10 to Fedora 35, I tried to download songs offline, but the software prompts Device Limit Reach. I tried to go to https://www.spotify.com/us/account/offline-devices/ to reset the offline device, but when I open the web page, the page is a 404.
What should I do?

Hey @BryanLiang ,

Thanks for coming to the Community 🙂

If you have another device where you use Spotify, you can simply remove your downloads by going to the app's settings > Storage > Remove all downloads.

If you don't have one, feel free to reach out to Customer Support so that they can look into this for you.

Hope this helps!

After I Remove all downloads on my phone, it becomes even worse. Both my laptop and phone prompt Device Limit Reach.

The problem had been solved after I reached out to Customer Support.
