Family/Multiple account

Dears,
I am based in Belgium and the rest of the family is in France, if we suscribe to the family account would we be able to all use it ?

Hey @Alex1831,

To invite someone to a sub-account on your Premium for Family subscription, they must:

• Reside at the same physical address as you.
• Be a Free user, or a Premium user who purchased their Premium directly from Spotify.

How do spotify check the place of residency ? Is it just the way I register on the website ? My facebook data ? Smth else ?

As your family are living in a different country, their IP address will reflect this also. Therefore, you won’t be able to start a Premium for Family subscription. Your family living in France can still start one between them though!
