Family subscriptions - being charged twice

Family subscriptions - being charged twice

Hello,

I just noticed that I was charged every month despite I am a member of the family plan and should not pay at all. We double-checked that with my sister and she was charged too. Ofc I can provide all the documents proofing the payments.

Also, I noticed this issue a few months ago and consider it my fault. I disconnected and reconnected to the family, but it looks like it never helped. Is there any possibility ty get my money back X to extend our subscription? Thanks.

It'd be good for you to take a look at this support site article and follow the steps featured in the section More Help > Do you have more than one Premium account? to find and block the source of these unrecognized charges.

 

After doing this, feel free to get in touch with our folks in the Support team for further help regarding your refund request. You can do this by following the steps here in the section called Write to us

Unfortunately, I did not find the section called write to us.
