Free Chromecast Voucher not working! Anybody suffering from this?

I signed up to Spotify Premium as part of the Free Chromecast deal.

I received my voucher code.  Tried to use it in the Google Store: error, this voucher code has already been redeemed.

Now I know that I haven't redeemed a code yet unless I did it in my sleep.

Contacted spotify customer service and they sent me another voucher code.  Went to Google store to redeem: error, this voucher code has expired.

Contacted spotify customer service and provided with yet another voucher code: Error Voucher code expired!!!!!

What the heck is going on here?  I have written back to the spotify customer service team, but now haven't heard back in 2 days and still no working Chromecast voucher code.  Am I being scammed?  Is there anyone else experiencing this issue?

I am going to cancel my service if I don't get the terms of the offer fulfilled, but I want to try to resolve the issue before it comes to that!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. Can you provide me your case number from the Support team? I can escalate it on to a different set of managers on this side for you.

Was there another number? it would be numeric only.

I had a similar problem with a voucher to redeem. The validity is 01/10/2016 but I tried to redeem and is not working: error validity is expired.

It is not yet 1st of October!!!!

What should i do?
