Free/ Premium/ Discount bug

For some months now, I've happily used a 1,99 USD Premium Account.

It should have automatically charged the full fare on my cc.

But, instead, it decided I'm a free user.

Annoyed with the bug, but willing to overpass it, I have been trying to subscribe again to premium.

But I just cannont find a way without being offered a free trial.

And then the same Spotify says I'm not allowed to the discount it's offering because I have already used such discount.

And then it wont' let me try again because, I have no idea why, it thinks am a USA residente while I'm from Brazil.

How then shall I sign up for premium?

Or shall I not?
