Getting charged more than once

Getting charged more than once

Hello, I was recently setting up my premium account (student) thinking the problem is on my end I tried three times and could not get the Spotify website to approve me as a student. Since I tried all three times I got charged all three times. What do I do?! Also I still don't have premium and I'm down 15$. Help!

If you haven't received three receipts for these purchases, they're very likely just pending charges: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/

In my bank statement it shows three separate charges. What do I do!?

The pending charge is a part of your bank’s authorization process.

As the transaction(s) have not completed, you won't get billed. The authorization will expire and the funds will be returned shortly.
