Guthaben Verfall nach Abo Wechsel

Hallo 🙂

Habe mal eine etwas dumme Frage.. Und zwar beziehe ich im Moment eine Premium Abo von Spotify. Durch ein paar Guthabenkarte die ich zum Geburtstag bekommen habe ist das Abo auch schon bis Ende des Jahres bezahlt, wenn man das so sagen kann.

Habe jetzt aber beschlossen in Family zu wechseln, da sich das für mich eher lohnt. Geht das nun überhaupt? Weil soweit kann man Family ja nicht mit den Guthaben Karten bezahlen.

Möchte jetzt ungern auf wechseln drücken und dann zieht er mir jeden Monat die 14,99€ ab obwohl ich Guthaben von 50€ ca noch drauf habe..

Wäre über jede Antwort dankbar.

If you have already pre-paid for a subscription, you can upgrade to Premium for Family - no problem 😉 Just bear in mind that if you paid for 6 months of Premium, you won't as many months for the Premium for Family subscription due to the difference in price between the two plans.

Out of interest, which country are you in? You should be able to pay for the Family plan with your credit card. Let us know what the issue is and we'll see what we can do to help.
