HELP - I can't change my country

I'm Italian and I don't know why my country is set on USA. And when I go on spotify account they don't allow me to change USA in Italy 😞 Spotify has stopped to work to me because they think that I'm abroad and so I can have just 14 days (finished).

How can I do? (they don't allow me also in deleting my account!!)
