My Question or Issue

My credit card was recently hacked (through no fault of Spotify). Unfortunately, this means my auto-payment can't go through. I'm to receive a new card in about 7-10 business days. I just wanted to know how long of a grace period there is if a payment from spotify doesn't go through on the first attempt.

Hey @v4y-mq_y6j2m, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear this.

If you don't have sufficient funds on your card or your card isn't active, Spotify will attempt to 'take' the funds a few times. The number of times vary.

 

Once you get your new card, set it up as soon as possible to continue using Premium. You can update your payment details following these steps.
