Hacked account- no solution?

My Spotify account has been hacked by someone Spanish it seems, deleting my playlists all the time and making their own and playing music on Spotify connect so I can’t! I’ve logged out of all devices many times- doesn’t work. Changed my Facebook password- doesn’t work? Don’t really know what I’m paying for anymore, is there a solution?
