Hi,

My account has been hacked and email address changed. I got a "confirmation email" from Spotify which I responded to, but got no reply or support ticket which makes me suspicious.

Please help!

Hey @Sebelebbe, welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you believe your account was hacked, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
