Help - I've managed to duplicate Spotify Accounts

Hi There, 

 

I've just installed Spotify Premium Free trial on my phone and in the process I have managed to log into a very old Spotify account. I am now having to follow my more recent account to access my music and playlists - Melissa Sophie Bowden is my most recent account, but am unable to login to this account again. 

 

Is there any way of merging these accounts so I have all my music back and followers/following?

 

Any help will be much appreciated!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

That shouldn't be an issue to do, but the accounts team will need to work their magic for you. If you could drop them an email directly using the online contact form they will be able to merge them for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
