My playlists have disappeared. Also being charged but asking me to upgrade

My playlists have disappeared. Also being charged but asking me to upgrade

hello 🙂 

 

I deactivated my FB account last month, which meant I couldnt use my Spotify. Once I activated my FB account, my playlists disappeared...and it says I must upgrage my account. Today, I look at my checking account and I am still being charged $5.34 from Spotify....this has been going on for 2 months. I used to pay 10.00. I am trying to get my playlists back and figure out what this monthly charge is. Thank you so much for all of your help.

As for the account payments, I'm not sure sorry

Sounds like you have a duplicate account in the system, one of which is preventing you from logging into the account you are being billed for. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand. If you haven't been using the account, you may qualify for a refund too. 


If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
