Help me! Can not log in anymore since FB disconnection!

Help me! Can not log in anymore since FB disconnection!

Well, since I didn't feel like having my FB connected to Spotify I decided to discounnect it through the Preferences option in the Mac OS X app. From that moment on, I could not log in anymore and any kind of information I provided after the fb login was denied. Lost all my music and playlists 😞 So I made a new account and made a new subscription

 

Problem is, on both accounts I have the trial version (first month for free) running and I do not feel like ending up with paying 20 euros next month for a service I could not use and lost only because I disconnected it from the Facebook account.

 

Could anybody help me please??

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get one of the accounts cancelled for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
