Okay so I just changed network providers today and got a new phone but when I logged into my account it said I didn't have premium but the payment just came out today can someone help please.

Hi @wree9623 thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

Would you be able to check your Spotify premium receipt for the username just to double check that's the one that you're logging in with? There's a chance a duplicate account has been created so let's make sure you're on the right one. 

 

If you signed up through facebook it'll be a 10 digit number for your username, if not an email or original name.
