I downloaded the free Spotify off App Store but ended up wanting the premium 1 so I wouldn't get the ads and that. But I can't log into the premium 1. I made an account with the free 1 so shouldn't they jus link up **bleep** same account ? When I try to log in it says my password and user name are wrong. But there exact the same as the details I put into the free account. I try to change the password and I put my details in then it says I don't have a Spotify account. Which I do. So unsure what's going on??

I want to help you work this problem out today, it sounds like you've created two Spotify accounts, is that right? It sounds a little chaotic and if you've two accounts that need merging the only place that can do that would be Spotify Care who you can reach through this contact form. 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
