Help!

So my friend logged me out of Facebook, in which spotify is linked through. When I was able to log back into spotify via FB, its now telling me that I am a Free user on my mobile device, and on my account. but is still premium on my PC. Also, on top of that, on my iPhone all of my playlists, saved music, and everything is completely gone. 

I dont know how to fix this but really need to, i've been working on those playlists and what not for years now. Please help!

In the desktop version, if you go to Help > Your Account does it still show as Premium? Also what username is shown there?

i logged out of the desktop version, trying to re log in with username instead of facebook, cause i read about the duplicated account thing. but now it wont let me log in with my username..... and my facebook link account is telling me im a Free user and erased all of my stuff

and the REALLY annoying part is that the email my original username is under, ive been having password issues with for a long time, so i stopped using it and made a new primary email address. and now cant log on to it, so i cant reset my password for the spotify username -___________-

In that case, you will need some help from Spotify support. Drop them an email here:

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
