Holiday Deal Not Working?

I have had spotify free for a while and I saw that they had a deal, .99¢ for 3 months, and so I bought spotify 2 $10 gift cards to pay. I put them in and it says I only get the 2 months, which is the normal price. Why didn't I get the holiday deal?

Spotify gift cards aren't necessarily a "spending balance", they are a set amount of time of Premium. This is why you can't use them with discounts and/or offers. Now since you just got premium, you are inelgible to receive holiday deal (3 months for $0.99). I'm afraid there is not a way to reverse this transaction to get the holiday offer.

why is there a payment option to use a redeem code? This is misleading. I am going to contact consumer affairs.

I'm having the same trouble that I can't get premium 3 months for 99the only difrent is I got one week free trial and I tried buying premium for 99 for e months and it's saying that my car is having a bad day so I tried 3 difrent cards and it isn't working it keeps saying the same massage and they are from difrent banks what could I do any idea anyone?
