I have a instagram account for it but its not connected to the spotify, I read the solution for it people saying I need to say to my music distribution services to connect instagram, I did but they don't answer it I writed about to my music distribution services 1-2 month ago and they didn't answered yet. I am working with soundrop.

Thanks for letting me know.

I've just checked the access request process on my end and have found no mentions of being able or asked to authenticate your Instagram account.

In that case, you can use the website URL field gor providing a link to your social media account. You just need to make sure that the account contains your artist name as well as the email address you're requesting access with/for.

Could you give us links to more of your websites? Any of the following would be great:

• A link to an official artist website where we see the email address you’re using to claim your Spotify artist profile.

• A link to a social media channel where we see the email address you’re using to claim your Spotify artist profile. The most helpful links are to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, SoundCloud, MySpace, or Bandcamp.

• A link to a management company website where we see the artist you’re claiming listed on the roster. (Keep in mind, if you’re a manager we also want to see that the management company’s name is the domain name of the email address you’re using to claim the profile.)

A few things to bear in mind:

• All links need to be set to public for us to view them
• Your email address should be clearly visible
• The music on the website or social media channel must match the content on your Spotify artist profile"

Just to double-check, did you put your Spotify artist page link into the URL field on your Instagram profile? Did you put your email address into the profile bio? 🙂

If not, I recommend doing that and then requesting access again.
