How can I definitely eliminate one of my accounts?

I've been trying to use the "eliminate my account" from the help section but it's not giving me the option to carry on with the process. It just shows me a message about recovering my account once it's deleted.

Sorry to hear that you would like to leave Spotify. There is more information about closing your account and the next steps here. If you're still having issues closing your account, can you send me a screenshot of what you see when you attempt to close the account?
