How to cancel subscription when I don't have the account info

Hey!

So basically I have 2 accounts on premium but 1 of those was an account for an old workplace. I do not have any information about the account, all I know is that I'm still being charged for it.

I've tried to stop this through my bank but they were unable to help. Does anyone have any ideas on how to stop this or a way I can contact Spotify where they might be able to stop it?

Hi @garyblaikie. This will be a situation where you'll want to reach out to support so that they can track down that old account. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
