Being charged for premium, don't have log in or account info

Being charged for premium, don't have log in or account info

I work in an office and have been being charged $9.99 for premium, but no one knows the account information to log in and use the service... the account was set up by someone that no longer works here and did not leave the info for us.

 

I have the credit card that it is being charged monthly on, is there anyway to reset the account or look up our account information this way? Not sure what to do here, but I don't want to continue spending $9.99 a month for something we can't access.

Hi @amberelluh. You're going to want to reach out to support so that they can track down that old account and lend you a hand. Support can be reached one of three ways: through the online contact form; on twitter by reaching out to @SpotifyCares; or by sending a message to the Spotify Cares Facebook page. Please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets support is currently handling.
