How to connect both accounts to an echo with duo account?

Thank you for posting your question on the Community!

Only one Spotify account can be linked to one Amazon account, so, for the time being,  in case you wish to use both of the Duo accounts on one Alexa device, you'll have to switch the respective Amazon accounts as well.

My wife and I are on a Premium Duo plan.  

I can see from Spotify all the devices in the house, Sonos Speakers, Echo's Dots ... the lot.

My wife can *only* see Sonos Devices.

If I stream to an Echo or a Dot, then that device will appear in her list of devices, but she can't do anything with it.

Can anyone help?  I raised this some months ago with no response, so hoping this rings bells now with someone ....
