How to find out if your credit/debit card is e-commerce enabled?

How to find out if your credit/debit card is e-commerce enabled?

I wanted to try the month of free premium, but when I went to register for it my card was declined. I check the information several times, and it's still being declined. I have read the FAQs on this issue, but it doesn't help. I have previously used this card to buy things online, so I just assumed that it was e-commerce enabled, but maybe this isn't the case? Can anyone help me out?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

I would ask your bank as they will be able to tell you. However if you have purchased things online before I would say it is enabled. 

What type of card are you using? Also be sure to double check your card and Spotify profile are registered in the same country.
