How to report new bank account for subscription payment?

I have changed bank and need to know how to report a new bank account for subscription payment? My operator Telia says they have nothing do with this payment and that they can't even see the subscription.

kluck98 - As you pay through Telia, we can't actually touch this part of your account. It's a different system.
