I Do Not Receive Any Notifications.. Anywere

I haven't received any new notifications since months. For Example I follow the artist Yelawolf, who has relased yesterday a new album for which I didn't received a notification. Not via email, not on my desktop app (latest version for windows) not even on my Windows 8.1 phone.

All my checbockes for notifications are selected, exept for Disable all e-mail notifications which is unchecked.

Sorry to hear that you're not receiving notifications.

We've just followed your account and one of your playlists. Did you receive a notification of this?

Also, if you could provide us a screenshot of the notifications box that would be super helpful.

@Jason any new resolution to my case ? Some new versions of Spotify have came out and none of them changed the situation, Still i'm not receiveing notifications throuh the desktop app, phone app, or via email.
