I have been gaining 3 months without the primium account. And canceled, and still charging.

I have just switched over to family account so I got me and my two kids on this family account but me and my son have been charged two lots of £9.99 should I not have had part of the monthly payment or all return which I have been charged one my phone bill and on my bank account can someone help me on this matter thank you
