I can't access my monthly payment to update which credit card to use

I can't access my monthly payment to update which credit card to use

There is no 'Manage my Plan' on my screen. Only 'Manage my Subscription'. When that is chosen, it shows I have Premium Family but there is no link to take me to payment editing
