I can't cancel my subscription

I set up an account through Facebook and now that's I'm trying to cancel it keeps directing me to a page to re-enter my Facebook password but then nothing happens.

This is happening to me also. Does Spotify not want my money? I've been trying for 40 minutes.

I'm having the exact same problem - I log in with Facebook, try to cancel, enter my Facebook password and just get popped back out to my subscription page. I've done this at least five times. I was trying to cancel before my first charge and now it looks like I was charged and there doesn't seem to be any way to contact Spotify for support. Super frustrated!

I'm having the same problem. It just keeps taking me to the account page.

I am also having this problem. Everytime it asks me to give my Facebook password to finalize the cancelation, it just takes me back to the subscriptions section of my Spotify account.

Hi guys, just to let you know we're looking into this issue. 

It seems to be affecting both upgrading and unsubscribing so if your subscription is about to renew and you wanted to cancel before then, get in touch with our support team. If you're looking to upgrade, support won't be able to do that for you, sorry. Hopefully things'll be working again soon.
