I can't delete my account

Hey. Sorry for bothering you but I've sent 3 emails trying to delete my account and no ones replied. I need to delete my account because someone has made me account and I wasn't aware but they got the two month free trial aswell and I want my account deleted so I don't have to pay for something that I never asked for and I don't even use spotify. So please could you remove my account
