I can’t log on Spotify on my iPhone

I can’t log on Spotify on my iPhone, even though I have changed the password. I can log on my Macbook but it doesn’t work with my phone

I know this may sound obvious, but it's ignored really often. Have you tried restarting your device?

Hi,

I have tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Also, I have resettled all the settings on my phone. Ultimately, I successfully logged on Spotify on my phone. However, I found it very annoying and I reckon that the app has been putting under offline mode for some times even though I have wifi and 4G connection.

Can you log in with your account on a different device?

 

It can also be good to perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

We also suggest that you have a look at this article to make sure you don't have multiple accounts.
