I can't login to spotify from my PS4 pro

My Question or Issue

Can't login, i tried all methods but cant seem able to login. When i enter the password the screen flashes and fields will be empty again and i keep trying adding the email and password but same thing happens. I also tried to pair and login using code but same thing happens.

To start with, can you reinstall on your PlayStation to see if the issue persists? 

If that doesn't do the trick and you haven't unlinked your PlayStation from your Spotify account we recommend that you do that with the instructions that's provided in this article.

I can't log in to the playlist in spotify every time I turn on the playlist and log in to spotify, the account crashes and I get ignored for all login attempts, but I can turn on music without logging in to the account what should I do?
