I can't renew my subscription, it tells me I got I don't have any funds etc.

I can't renew my subscription, it tells me I got I don't have any funds etc.

Payment failed. Please make sure that you have sufficient funds and that your credit card has not expired, if you're using one. To see your current payment details please go to your subscriptions page. If you still get this message after updating your payment details please log out, log in and then try again.

 


It says that I am using Free, checked my receipts and there was only Premium subs. but last month I subscribed for Unlimited and it worked fine but when I am trying to re-sub. now I am no longer eligible for it, it seems.

 

I have tried logging in and out but it does not work and I just checked my account and I have more than enough for a subscription. 🙂 

 

 

I'd love some quick help so I can listen to some music. 😄 Thank you!

Ok nevermind, it's fixed now.

 

I removed my payment method, clicked the re-subscribe button and voila. :=)
