I can't subscribe with any of my credit cards. What the hell?

Hi. 

I recently cancelled my subscribtion which i had for over a year due to irrelevant issues. 

I cancelled it on 5th of december just 3 days ago. 

Now I am trying to resub again with the same card i had paid for over a year and it won't accept it.

I tried another credit card and it won't accept it either. 

What is happening? 

I called both my banks and they said that cards are fine. 

I also can purchase anything online and on foreign countries without problem. This is clearly a spotify issue. 

It's really annoying when i have the money and everything and still can not subscribe due to some stupid problem and have to listen to the moronic ads over and over again.

Please fix my problem. The only issue that could be happening is the 3D secure thing. And that window won't pop up when i try to pay.
