I can't unsubscribe for premium

I signed up for the free trial on my phone, and I want to cancel it but when i go on Spotify on my PC (yes I am on the right account) when i click on subscriptions it says "try premium for 30 days" and doesn't state that I am already paying and am a premium user. £30 has been taken out of my account even though I do not want or need this service, but I am unable to cancel it still, help would be appreiciated.

Anyone want to chime in here? I have the same problem. I can't cancel from my phone because it broke. I cant find it online either. Someone please help before I start getting charged for a service I'm not even using.
